  • Where do I find information on the club's Financial Assistance program and how to apply?

    All Financial Assistance information can be found in PlayMetrics.  Anyone who has registered an account in PlayMetrics that is logged in as a parent can copy and paste the link below into their browser to find out more-

  • I have tried to register my player in PlayMetrics for tryouts and I don't see the option that I want to choose as being available to my player?

    In most cases if the program you are wishing to choose for your player is not showing as an option, it is normally due to one of two reasons.:

    1. The player has already been registered for that particular program.  The option for a program does not show on the screen once the registration for that program has been completed.  Anyone who has registered an account in PlayMetrics that is logged in as a parent can copy and paste the link below into their browser to check their completed registrations- https://playmetrics.com/programs/registrations
    2. Another explanation is that the player is too young or too old for the particular program.
  • How can I pay on my account prior to the due date or pay my account in full?

    Log into your PlayMetrics account.  Go to the "Billing Page", and click on the "Active Subscription" that you would like to make a payment on.  You can then choose to pay a specific installment payment ahead of time or choose to pay the amount in full.

  • How do I add a contact person in my PlayMetrics account?

    In order to add a contact you will need to have registered an account in PlayMetrics and be logged in as a parent, and then copy and paste the link below into their browser to find out more-https://playmetrics.com/contact-info


    This will allow you to add, change, or remove contacts as needed for your account.

  • Is Demosphere still used for anything?

    As of the summer of 2023 we still need to use Demosphere for carding some of our 2023/24 teams. We will direct people to that site when applicable and via PlayMetrics messaging or communication. No links available to Demosphere on this site.
